Postponing studying of any kind

It is 4:30 in the morning, and I just finished writing the paper I have due tomorrow afternoon for LIT495: the capstone course of my literary existence. I've gone through that paper dozens of times, it feels like, but I'm still not satisfied, and I just had to let it go, push the save button, and walk away.

Now it is time to study for my American Writers II final at 8:00 and my Lit Theory and Scholarhisp final at 1:30 today! Woohoo! The good news is that each day of my finals week gets a little easier. After tomorrow...I mean today, for instance, I will only have one final and one short essay to complete before I am finished with my career as an undergraduate student! I can't wait to be done, but I'm going to miss this portion of my life. It has been wonderful.

Lucky for me, I get to extend it even further as I attempt to get a CA teacher's credential, student teach, live on campus again, and live on campus next year. So, when the rubber hits the road not much on the outside is changing, but a lot of invisible stuff is. All my friends are spreading to the far corners of the earth otherwise known as places like Ohi, CA. Life will definitely be a new and different challenge.
